    “In Katuni kann man alles kaufen was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt eine Pizzeria die sehr gut ist und noch andere kleine Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Der Ort ist nicht groß aber das nötigste gibt es zu kaufen. Einmal in der Woche gibt es einen kleinen Wochenmarkt.
    Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Mostar (Bosnien-Herzegowina) gemacht. Das ist nicht weit vom Ferienhaus und auch empfehlenswert.”

    “Es gibt alles, was zum Leben notwendig ist im Umkreis von 2 bis 5 km. Die Geschäfte haben täglich von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. In Katuni und in den näheren Umgebung gibt es wenige Touristen, so dass es möglich ist etwas vom Leben der Kroaten mitzubekommen. Alle Menschen sind sehr freundlich und nie aufdringlich! Die älteren Menschen können noch Deutsch aus der Schule oder von der Arbeit in Deutschland. Die Jungen können fast alle Englisch. Es gibt an vielen Stellen frisches Obst und Gemüsen von privaten Bauern zu kaufen. Wein und Olivenöl wird auch angeboten und ist extrem lecker!”
