    “Winkels en terrasjes volop, grappig strandje en op de route een fantastisch 'ijsjespaleis'. Op een klein stukje rijden zijn nog diverse andere stranden en strandjes. De supermarkt in het centrum is niet geweldig maar de Lidl en de Mercadona zijn vlakbij en hebben, naast vers brood, alles wat je verder nodig hebt.

    Parkeren bij het huis was soms een dingetje, maar dat kan ook komen omdat er tijdens ons verblijf (22 december-5 januari) een stuk straat open lag.”

Masca-Schlucht und Teide auch gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Von Tamaimo kann man nach Los Gigantes runterwandern. In der Touristeninformation in Santiago del Teide befindet sich ein sehenswertes Museum mit Dokumentationen zum Vulkanausbruch des Chinyero.”
